Referral Partner Terms
Effective April 2026 · Waves Aquatics Construction
1. Program overview
The Waves Aquatics Referral Partner Program rewards individuals and organizations who refer clients that engage Waves Aquatics for construction services. Open to all — no license or professional affiliation required. By submitting a referral, you agree to these terms in full.
2. Eligibility
Anyone may participate. Waves Aquatics employees and their immediate family members are not eligible. Self-referrals are not eligible for reward.
3. Reward amounts
$500 for a replaster or remodel project. $1,000 for a new swimming pool build. Commercial and hospitality rewards determined on a case-by-case basis. One reward per referred client, per project.
4. Payout conditions
Rewards issued within 7 business days of Waves Aquatics receiving the client's initial deposit. No reward is owed if the client does not submit a deposit or the project does not proceed. Waves Aquatics reserves the right to withhold payment if eligibility cannot be verified.
5. Referral verification
A referral is valid when the client has not previously contacted Waves Aquatics independently. Duplicate submissions for the same client are credited to the first verified entry only.
6. Payment
Paid via Zelle or check as selected at submission. Partners are responsible for providing accurate payment details.
7. Tax responsibility
Rewards may constitute taxable income. Partners are solely responsible for applicable tax obligations. A 1099 will be issued where required by law.
8. Program changes
Waves Aquatics reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time. Active referrals meeting eligibility criteria at time of submission will be honored.
